Approach

How a project actually runs.

No mystery, no agency theatre. Five steps, in this order, every time.

  1. 01

    A conversation, not a pitch

We talk about what's actually slowing you down. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — that's a better outcome for both of us than a project that shouldn't have started.

  2. 02

A written plan and a fixed scope

You get what's being built, what it costs, and what it doesn't include, in plain language and in writing, before any work begins.

  3. 03

You see it early, and often

You'll look at the real thing while it's being built, not a slideshow at the end. Changing your mind is cheap in week one and expensive in week six.

  4. 04

    Tested where it matters

On a phone, on a tablet, and on a slow connection — because that's where most of your customers actually are.

  5. 05

    Handed over properly

You own the code, the content and the data. You get shown how it works. Nothing is locked to us.

The short version

You always know what it costs, what it does, and when it's done. If we're not the right people for the job, we'll say so early rather than take the work anyway.
