What we collect, and why.

Short and in plain English. Last updated October 10, 2026.

What you tell us

When you fill in the form on this site, we get what you typed: your name, your business, your phone number, your email, your town and your message. We use it to get back to you about your inquiry, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

The free website check

When you use the free website check, we keep the web address you checked and its results for one day, plus a scrambled code made from your connection that stops anyone from overusing the tool. It can't be turned back into who you are. After a day it's deleted automatically. If you ask us for help, the report is saved with your inquiry so we know what to talk about.

Visitor counts (Google Analytics)

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what's working. It uses cookies and collects things like the pages you viewed, roughly where you are (city level), and what kind of device and browser you used. It doesn't tell us who you are. Google's own policy explains how they handle it: how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

If you came from one of our ads

When you reach this site by clicking one of our ads, your browser keeps a small note of which ad it was for 90 days. If you then send us a message, book a call or ask for help after the website check, that note is saved with your request, so we know which ads actually help people. It holds the ad's name and the date, nothing about you.

Who else handles it

Like any small business, we rely on a few trusted services to run: our website host, our email provider, the database where we keep inquiries, and AI tools that help us sort and reply to them. They handle your details only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records for as long as they're useful for the work, and delete them when you ask.
